Title: Sourcing Intern

Frequency: 4-5 days
Duration: 6 months


Key responsibilities:
1: Supporting GEHC Chengdu CIC indirect purchases and business operations by understanding stakeholder’s needs and communicating sourcing policy.
2: Working closely with Shanghai TD finance and compliance team to mitigate company compliance risk and control costs, including the payment process.
3: supporting the development & execution of the local sourcing strategies that delivers a competitive advantage driving the strategic supplier initiatives. This includes supplier selection, RFQ, development, and supplier consolidation to ensure sourcing optimization and overall supplier performance.
4: Supporting sourcing execution for Chengdu CIC facility, purchased service commodity or suppliers
5: Monitoring supplier quality and delivery performance

Qualifications/Requirements:
1: Internal Master Degree in commerce or technical related field.
2: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets development and analysis.
3: Prefered with some practice experience
